New Residents

Welcome to Center Court!

As a new unit owner or tenant, it is important to register with building management and familiarize yourself with the various rules and regulations which govern our property.

To help you get settled in, we have created the following list of forms and documents you need to review:

  1. Complete the New Resident Registration Form. This is required for all new owners and tenants moving into the building.
  2. Submit a Move In/Out Scheduling Form when moving in or out of the building. A security deposit must also be placed on file with the on-site property manager until the move is completed.
  3. Register animals via the Pet Registration Form. An additional registration fee is required for dogs.
  4. Sign up for Center Court REACH Alert Notifications to receive text messages and emails about urgent issues affecting the property, including utility outages, construction notices, dangerous situations, and more.
  5. Register for parking via ePermit. Any vehicle in a residential Center Court parking space must have its license plate registered with the ePermit service. Tenants must also pay an additional fee for registration.
  6. Take note of Premier Security’s contact information. Premier Security provides private security, lockout services, and parking enforcement services at Center Court and should be contacted immediately for any related issues.
  7. Review the Center Court Condominium Rules and Regulations. This document answers many common questions and covers topics such as parking, pets, bicycles, moving, trash disposal, rekeying locks, guests, and more.
